| Designed & developed from ground-up, a complete
workflow automation software BPRO, for complex business process
automation. (1995-1999). |
| Evolved and implemented a distinct
model for inter-workgroup transactions, as a workflow across
distributed databases, in BPRO. (1997-1998). Developed several
commercial applications using this model. |
| Designed and implemented a novel
protocol called TCOP, for assuring integrity & automated error
recovery of inter workgroup transactions on a WAN built of unreliable
lines & systems such as PSTN & low end PCs. (1998-99) |
| Designed and implemented a complete
PKI system, including a key certification software as an integral
part of BPRO and made it operational in Bank Of Baroda across
several branches. (1999) Presently, the system is operational
across nearly 350 branches in BOB & 40 branches in Dhanalakshmi
Bank. |
| Designed and developed the concept
of Forking of transactions in BPRO, to achieve business process
level modularity & re-usability. |
| Designed & developed a complete
& comprehensive TBA software called BankFlow for banks including
all modules & transactions, entirely using business process
automation approach & BPRO. (1996-2000) |
| Designed & developed a complete
& comprehensive TBA software called Sanchay Post for Post Office
savings bank including all modules & transactions, entirely
using workflow approach & BPRO. (1997-1999) |
| Developed a unique IDE called Teleserver/D
for developing any tele-services application and later used
it to develop Telebanking. (1999) |
| Designed, developed, set up and
later commercially operationalised an ASP model of Internet
& mobile banking, perhaps as the first such service in the country.

| Designed and developed a multi-application
smart card called e-Smart consisting of ID & authentication,
e-Cash, e-food voucher and e-Document on a single card. (2002-2003)

cost smart card terminals along with software for use in smart

pocket smart card reader called eCom Pocket, with unique multifunctional
capabilities such as Strong authentication, digital signature
on unlimited data items, e-cash down load in unconnected mode,
e-purse balance read, ability to interact with upto 10 servers
etc in a single, highly affordable unit. (2003) |
| Designed and developed the complete
software, engineering & fabrication of cabinet and system integrated
a Windows PC based & smart card based Cash dispenser called
e-ATM. (2003) |
| Designed & implemented a generalized
solution architecture for use of smart cards with Simputer for
truly portable, secure & easy to use applications. (2005-2006)
