Introduction

BPRO is Datanet's Business Process Automation System, viz., a special type of Workflow Automation System. Millions of business processes, i.e., commercial and other types of transactions, are being executed every day by a wide variety of organizations, viz., banks and other financial institutions, manufacturing industries, hospitals, insurance companies, etc. BPRO enables the conduct of business processes over a computer-communication network, without the usage of paper. In other words, BPRO is an e-commerce software system.
